Summary: [patch] App voicemail inconsistencies with file
operations when using IMAP_STORAGE
Description:
There are some places in voicemail where the path is VM_SPOOL_DIR/imap and
some places where it isn't. The places that it has already been changed was
to keep IMAP from trying to read old files not related to IMAP from a
previous file based operations. VM_SPOOL_DIR needs to be set to
VM_SPOOL_DIR/imap when IMAP_STORAGE is turned on and all the places that it
is used the paths updated.
