Summary:                    [patch] Several issues with meetme configuration (
conferencing )
Description: 
1) When adding a new conference bridge with no options selected, the new
bridge doesn't appear in table after refresh
2) When updating an existing conference bridge, this one actually get
duplicated in extensions.conf
2) When adding an admin extension to a conference bridge, this information
doesn't show up in the table, and a false extension is created instead in
DOM : sessionData.pbxinfo.conferences
