Description:
My CPu for an idle asterisk goes to 100%. If I don't load chan_h323.so,
there is no problem.

I'm closing this issue for 2 reasons:
1) your backtrace is not correct -- you need to enable DONT_OPTIMIZE in
menuselect in order to make your backtrace useful.
2) you're using RedHat 6.0 which is WAY WAY old and can't be supported
here. Please use a modern operating system.
