Description: 
I have two asterisk 1.8.2.2 server on linux debian 2.6.32

The first one work with out errors, the second one crash with out notice.

The first server has the SIP clients and two ISDN boards to the TELCO.
The second server has one ISDN board to a Meridian PBX and conect to the
first one by IAX2.

The only thing that looks strange in the full.log before the fall are many
of these messages:

WARNING[16980] chan_iax2.c: Max retries exceeded to host 172.16.1.34 on
IAX2/CentralIP-21898 (type = 6, subclass = 11, ts=570006, seqno=12
