channel
Description: 
1.4 r305888
Dial plan is very simple.
Incoming PRI channel to SIP extension 6010.
During ringing to 6010 and after answer there is massive locking/unlocking
of local channel.

Bad news is that issue is caused by jpeeler's patch at
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=18637
I confirmed this by checking out fresh r305888 version without his patch
