Summary: [patch] Unable to choose which SRTP suite to offer
Description:
Setting encryption=yes in sip.conf will cause asterisk to
 generate a line in SIP INVITE SDP:

 a=crypto: AES_CM_128_HMAC_SHA1_80 ...

There is no way to specify that asterisk should offer
 AES_CM_128_HMAC_SHA1_32 instead of
 AES_CM_128_HMAC_SHA1_80.

As you wish,

Please try/review 03.patch, encyption value can be
yes|no|aes_80|aes_32|f8_80|null.

Only the first 4 are currently valid.
Setting encryption=yes will have the same effect as aes_80.

I have only compile tested, have not run the resulting binary yet.
