Summary:                    How to get hold time to caller's in queue???
Description: 
We are using asterisk 1.4 for inbound setup,, We are trying to get HOLD
time to queue. but I did not find any solution..I want to get hold time to
caller's in queue.. anybody know about the all procedure for that????
