Summary:                    target keeps on ringing on background
Description: 
I have 3 clients. 1 is SIP other two is iax2 accounts.
SIP supposed to be the secretary phone. 1st iax clients dials SIP client.
It answers it. Then makes a blind transfer to 2nd iax client.
2nd iax clients rings, then it answers.
Meanwhile 1st iax clients hears ringing, then answers the phone but on
background it keeps on hearing a ring voice until the 2nd iax client hangs
up the phone.
so, the problem is.. 1st clients keeps on hearing both the transfered
clients voice + ring tone at the same time.
By the way, there is no suspicious thing on debug mode. i can see clients
ring/answer hangup etc on debug view of asterisk console.
