Summary: "minute" sound file missing. used by app_queue
Description:
The sound file for "minute" is missing, but "minutes" is present. app_queue
references a queue_minute file that does not currently exist. This file
needs to be created and added to the sounds repository. In addition to
this, any place in the code that uses the "minutes" file needs to also use
the "minute" file when referring to a single minute... "One minutes"
sounds weird.
