Maybe I made a mistake, but here still some UDP ports not freed.

 - Asterisk 1.6.2.17.3

 - Ringing; Wait(1); Answer; Wait(1); Playback(beep); Wait(12); Hangup

 - sipp -trace_err -d 10000 -t un -rtp_echo -sn uac -r 10 ipaddr

Testet with 1100 calls and have 52 open UDP (RTP Range) ports.
