Summary:                    [patch] T38 gateway
Description: 
Hi all,

I'm sending you patch containing new application app_faxgateway.c
("FaxGateway") which is able to mediate T30 to T38 and vice versa.
Feature is using spands library (I used spandsp-0.0.4pre18 and
spandsp-0.0.5pre4).

My latest test was with asterisk 1.6, today I tested this patch again with
asterisk 1.8.3. It does not compile with spandsp-0.0.6~pre12 (the version
in the debian repositories), but it works flawlessly with
spandsp-0.0.6~pre18. I sent 5 faxes with 10 pages each (total: 50 pages)
with an analog fax attached to an isdn and received them using the Timenet
provider, asterisk 1.8.3 with Sangoma A200 and another analog fax. Success
rate: 100%. Quality: like a ISDN. I'm VERY happy with this patch, so happy
that I packaged both spandsp-0.0.6~pre18 and asterisk-1.8.3+gw patch for
Debian Squeeze. Also, hopefully a wanpipe drivers package for Sangoma cards
will come soon thanks to Sangoma and another Debian developer :)
