Summary:                    "voicemail show users" command does not return any
results since asterisk 1.6.2.13
Description: 
When I issue the command "voicemail show users" on a server running
asterisk 1.6.2.13 or older I get the following results:

Context Mbox User Zone NewMsg
default pollmailboxes 0
default pollfreq 0
default 201 Front Desk 3
default 204 Matt 0
4 voicemail users configured.

I have tried this command on a server running Asterisk 1.6.2.14, 1,6,2,15,
1,6,2,16, 1,6,2,17.2 and 1.6.2.18-RC1, On all these versions of Asterisk, I
receive the following:
 
You must specify a specific context to show users from realtime!
Usage: voicemail show users [for <context>]
Lists all mailboxes currently set up

I have also tried "voicemail show users for default" as the above usage
suggests.  This command simply fails as shown below:

Command 'voicemail show users for default' failed.
