After speaking with Russell, this appears as though it is a crash in
chan_sip. I have removed the original posters description because it didn't
provide anything useful.

Please provide some information about how to reproduce this crash, and what
you were doing at the time of the crash. The issue does not reside in
chan_dahdi, and your output was not useful. After speaking with a
developer, it appears as though it is a crash in chan_sip, but no the other
information can be gleaned from the file.
