Summary: [patch] Image media line with port set to 0 is
considered active
Description:
When parsing SDP containing an image media line with a port set to 0 (to
specify it as inactive), T.38 is considered enable but should not.
ex: m=image 0 udptl t38
This block scenarios where an initial INVITE contains both audio an image
and image is disabled afterward for an audio only call using a Re-INVITE.

Hi,
Yes this fixes my issue.
I've done a similar fix but was hesitant to post the patch file.
