Summary:                    Fax dimensions are wrong on rcvd faxes
Description: 
When a TIF file is rcvd as a fax, the dimensions of the fax are reversed. 
I can send 2 faxes using hylafax, one to asterisk, one to myfax.com.  The
asterisk fax images are just wrong (in the TIFF tags) and in the PDF
because of the TIFF tags.  The myfax.com images are correct (the result PDF
looks just like the source PDF except for the typical fax degradation). 
When you print the asterisk fax PDF, it comes out landscape and chops off
part of the page.  When you look @ the TIFF files, you can tell they are
just not dimensioned properly (they seem to be reversed) and the resolution
tag is not set (should be set from the resolution of the rcvd fax so the
page scales correctly)

The resolution tags are also wrong.

This happened with 1.4 as well as this version.
