Summary: Asterisk Does Not Support Delayed Offer - RFC 3264
Description:
Asterisk currently does not support delayed offer via SIP. When
integrating to certain commercial PBXs, such as Cisco or Avaya, this will
cause a non-ideal media flow with media flowing through Asterisk, despite
canreinvite being enabled.

This is a feature request without a provided patch, which we cannot support
