Summary:                    Calls getting stuck when dialing *8
Description: 
Calls get stuck occasionally when a user dials *8 to pickup a call. The
version I am using is 1.8.3.2. I am trying to clear the call with channel
request hangup 

pbx1*CLI> channel request hangup SIP/301-0000094c
Requested Hangup on channel 'SIP/301-0000094c'


but the call does not get disconnected
