Summary:                    Very loud crackling noise or no audio on ISDN
channel
Description: 
Occasionally there is either a very loud crackling noise or hum and the
voice transmission is distorted or the call is one sided. This is only
heard by the person on the SIP phone whilst the person on the other side
does not hear anything noise. The dahdi hardware consists of 2 cards (2
port ISDN TE210P) and TDM800P but this problem is only occurring on the
TE210P.

I also tried to force the codec to Alaw since the isdn in europe is alaw
to avoid any transcoding but it did not make a difference. If you would
like, I even have a recording of the hum may be it may be useful
