Summary:                    Transfer to Parking Lot no longer plays back parking
lot number when using line key on SPA 962, SPA 932
Description: 
Asterisk installed from Digium repositories with RPM install.
CentOS 5.5 64bit

Our attendant phone is a Linksys SPA 962 with two 932 sidecars. One of the
sidecar buttons is set as a speed dial to 700 for call parking
(fnc=sd;sub=700 at pbxserver)

Under Asterisk 1.6.2.15 when the attendant would answer a call and press
the key button for call parking it would park the call and playback the
parking lot number to the attendant.

Once we upgraded to 1.6.2.17 it now transfers the call to parking, ends
the call to the attendant yet in the log show it doing a playback of the
parking lot number but no one hears this.

Only affects the line card key it works as expected when dialing

transfer to parking lot.

I have been able to duplication this with both DAHDI and SIP calls as well
in production and test lab asterisk servers.

What I am seeing is on 1.6.2.17 once the transfer has started by pressing
the line button on the attendant phone we get:
 == Spawn extension (internal, 200, 1) exited non-zero on
'Parking/SIP/299-00000012<ZOMBIE>'
