On "Asterisk 1.4.40" when i make a Call Conference with Meetme don't allow
me force the pin request to the user of the Call Conference.

The function call in Dialplan is :

MeetMe(3001,dP,1111)

and the result on the CLI of Asterisk is :

pruebas*CLI>
    -- Executing [9997 at interno:1] MeetMe("SIP/101-00000001",
"3001|dP|1111") in new stack
    -- Created MeetMe conference 1023 for conference '3001'
    -- <SIP/101-00000001> Playing 'conf-onlyperson' (language 'es')
    -- Hungup 'DAHDI/pseudo-462155489'
  == Spawn extension (interno, 9997, 1) exited non-zero on
'SIP/101-00000001'

This works fine on previous versions of Asterisk 1.4 and too in Asterisk
1.6 . Thanks.
