when i register the gateway or try to stablish a call i receive the
following errors.

Honestly the chan_mgcp module does not currently have any maintainers, so
your best bet is likely going to be trying to search for outside help on
the asterisk-users list, or you could hire a developer from the
asterisk-biz list.
