Summary:                    Can't create Incoming Rules with 'Local Extension by
DID'
Description: 
When you try to do this, it doesn't work and debug log says
"pbx.trunks.rules.add: Destination is ByDID, but params.digits is not
found."
The text input is being treated like a select input.
