Two things that I noticed:
1. You need to fix your diff, its removing your changes to app_voicemail,
not adding them. Please checkout
trunk(http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/trunk), make the changes to
app_voicemail and svn diff.
2. You may want to log the file name at debug level 2 or 3 as opposed to
notice.
