Summary: Status of SIP Agent with call-limit 0 never changes
Description:
I have some agents (realtime), and if calllimit is set to a value > 0, then
the status works ok, Ringing, Not in Use, Busy, ......
But if the value is set to 0 or null the status is never changed from Not
in Use, or when the device is turned off is Unavailable, but there are no
changes on the device state. (ringinuse=0)
