When this event occurs, all internal and external phone’s line are with busy
status. Apparently this event occurs randomly. When observed the system
load, oneself not exceeding 20% of total capacity.

As a basic check I tested whether the services were running, and they were
and also whether the extensions still were registering in the system.

We used a Dell 2950 server with a card Digium Wildcard TE405P 4XE1 PCI 5
volts and four E1 circuits provided by local operator. There is an average
of 450 active extensions, they are all VoIP phones and there is one E1
circuit between the office and one branch Office. The partition where the
logs’s files are stored does not exceed 3% of the total disk.
