Summary:                    [patch] No audio is heard when calling from asterisk
to Cisco CallManager.
Description: 
This is the situation:
1) We have a Cisco CallManager and Asterisk.
2) call from Asterisk to Cisco CallManager.
3) calls perfectly, but to answer the call do not hear the audio.
4) And it cuts the call to spend a few seconds.

Calls from the Cisco CallManager to Asterisk works perfectly.

The patch works!. It works by using FastStart = no and h245tunneling = no.
If I use FastStart = no and h245tunneling = yes, the call is established
but does not pass audio.
