Summary: [patch] No audio is heard when calling from asterisk
to Cisco CallManager.
Description:
This is the situation:
1) We have a Cisco CallManager and Asterisk.
2) call from Asterisk to Cisco CallManager.
3) calls perfectly, but to answer the call do not hear the audio.
4) And it cuts the call to spend a few seconds.

Calls from the Cisco CallManager to Asterisk works perfectly.

Salecha, pls try attached patch, setup faststart=no on CISCOCM-OUT in
ooh323.conf and test call.
Also you can try to set h245tunneling=no, it's interesting to see both
result with and without tunneling enabled.

You had trouble here because ooh323 had not correct setting for
faststart/tunneling on outgoing calls, both was enabled silently. With
patch it's possible to assign these options separately per user/peer and
globally.
