Summary:                    Statically set Codecs
Description: 
The GUI allows the configuration of codecs for SIP and IAX2.  In the
users.js the codecs for new users is statically set.  The codecs default to
ulaw and gsm.  We use alaw as our default.  We have edited our gui to
update this but would like to help fix this issue.
