Description: 
ast_readstring (multiple DTMF input) doesn't transmit silence
to the caller even if transmit_silence=yes.

Asterisk should transmit silence when transmit_silence=yes,
otherwise phone might hang up during DTMF input by RTP timeout.

Attached patch will fix the problem.
