Summary:                    USERUSERINFO not documented in channelvariables.txt
Description: 
chan_Dahdi is using a channel variable called USERUSERINFO. misdn is using
MISDN_USERUSER.

Neither of these variables are documented in the /doc area.

(And I don't really understand them, so I can't provide a patch here.
