Description: 
Currently priv-recordintro is recorded as gsm, not sln.  This causes
app_dial to depend on format_gsm, and unneeded step in transcoding.

Record priv-recordintro as sln, not gsm

This removes the gsm->sln step when transcoding
priv-recordintro.
