Summary:                    Ringing / Alerting Problem
Description: 
Dear all,

I am having extreme difficulty in setting up chan_ooh323 for asterisk, my
difficulty is this:

I make a call, H323 <> H323, the call starts ringing immediately, whether
it connects or not, there is a fake ringtone immediately.

I do not understand this problem and have asked in the #asterisk channel
to no decent reply, I am forced to post it here as it is hindering me from
continuing with my project.
