Summary:                    Blind transfer not working from DAHDI to SIP-to-SIP
Description: 
Blind transfers hang up. 100% reproducible on my system.  Not a problem on
1.6.2.13, but the problem exists on 1.6.2.15-rc1.

This appears to be a duplicate of issue
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=18185.  Please try the SVN 1.6.2
branch to see if this resolves your issue.
