Description: 
Compiling on OpenBSD results in

asterisk.c:1209: error: 'struct ucred' has no member named 'uid'
asterisk.c:1210: error: 'struct ucred' has no member named 'gid'

OpenBSD uses cr_uid and cr_gid instead.
