Summary:                    Limitation in Playtones and indications.c does not
allow ROH tone.
Description: 
The Playtones function only allows two frequencies to be used at a time (as
coded in indications.c).

This limitations does not allow for Playtones to be used to produce the
ROH (receiver off hook tone) which is made up of FOUR frequencies:
1400+2060+2450+2600 Hz.

Two more additional frequencies need to be added to the indications.c file
to allow the ROH tone to be produced.
