Summary: ParkedCall event is sent both as a status reply
event and as a true event
Description:
I think it could be more convenient for applications using these events to
be able to sort them out, one of them being called "ParkedCallStatus" for
instance.
Moreover, knowing the parkinglot in the latter one would be convenient
too.
This would apply to both trunk and 1.8 branch.
