when upgrading, via yum, to asterisk16 x86_64 1.6.2.14, mysql and otther
addons modules can't load.

This is the same problem reported at ticket
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=18311.
I think packagers must rebuild the addons package with new asterisk
version or each user must download addons source code and rebuild with new
Asterisk version.
