Summary:                    monitor action with "mix: true" does not mix
Description: 
When run the following on the AMI:

Action: Monitor
Channel: <value>
File: /recordings/filename
Mix: true

...I can see /recordings/filename.wav. When I play the file it first plays
the audio from one channel and then from the bridged channel. It is not
mixed correctly. If I leave out the "Mix: true" - the result is the same.
