Summary:                    ipv6 support in chan_ooh323
Description: 
There is patch for support IPv6 in H323 connections and signalling.
Patch add support dual IPv6/IPv4 mode also, add corrections for multihomed
IPv4 mode and contain small error fixes.

Patch is for the current trunk version.
Dual 4/6 mode work if bindaddr is IN6ADDR_ANY, :: .
host field for users and peers can contain IPv6 or v4 address now, 
v6 addresses is possible specify with or without brackets.
There also corrections for multihomed mode and it work with :: and 
0.0.0.0 bindaddr.

Unfortunately i can't find any soft phone which support h323 ipv6 and IPv6
is tested only for asterisk-to-asterisk calls, but it work ok, ipv4 and
dual mode are tested.

Completely untested gatekeeper mode, it must work good for IPv4 and not
must work for IPv6, i don't known gatekeepers which support IPv6, but i
will try to implement gatekepeer mode for IPv6 some later.
