Summary:                    [patch] "sip notify clear-mwi" needs terminating
CRLF
Description: 
in MWI body, the Voice-Message line must be terminated by CRLF. xlite is
strict and rejects the NOTIFY with CRLF.

This fix adds an empty line to configs/sip_notify.conf.sample
