Summary: Unexpected Channel selection
Description:
With asterisk connected to an old NEC phone system the NEC does not specify
the channel number in the SETUP.

Asterisk the complains with "Unexpected Channel selection 3".

The results are calls sometimes fail during dial and the NEC does not
complete all calls properly.

Spans 1 & 2 are connected the the Telco and spans 3 & 4 are connected to
the NEC.

When asterisk is bypassed the NEC works fine direclty with the Telco -
well atleast no noticable errors.

I believe this is fixed in newer versions of libpri beginning with 1.4.11.
The channel identification ie now parses the "any channel" option
correctly.
