Summary: rtautoclear = no or rtautoclear = 0 not respected in

Description:
In asterisk 1.4.35, .36, and .37rc1, rtautoclear=0 or rtautoclear=no
reverts to default setting of rtautoclear=120 as reflected in 'sip show
settings'

Add enabled/disabled information for rtautoclear sip show settings output.
When setting to zero/"no", the numeric default was shown making it not
obvious
the disabled setting was respected.
