Summary: Bad defaulting in chan_skype.c
Description:
A default is set up for the "disallow" parameter of "". But when
handle_options is called, that value is invalid and results in the
message:
[May 30 01:18:40] WARNING[19279]: frame.c:1253 ast_parse_allow_disallow:
Cannot disallow unknown format ''
coming out for every user.

btw, if you're talking about a realtime parameter, the value for "not
present" is NULL, not a blank. Fix your database table.
