Summary: segfault error. Asterisk crash.
Description:
Asterisk was fully functionnal. I installed a TDM400P. Compiled dahdi etc,
compiled asterisk, and installed all the softs.
call SIP phone --> DAHDI/4-3 is OK
call DAHDI/4-3 --> SIP and the system crash.
The /var/log/syslog contains the line:
kernel: [ 34.468058] asterisk[2599]: segfault at 30353466 ip b767c6eb sp
bfd332fc error 4 in libc-2.9.so[b7605000+15c000]
The second time i tried to reproduce the thing and it happened one more
time:
kernel: [ 736.274808] asterisk[3154]: segfault at 8ac5000 ip b761d3f3 sp
afee2748 error 4 in libc-2.9.so[b75a4000+15c000]

Thank you for your bug report. In order to move your issue forward, we
require a backtrace from the core file produced after the crash. Please see
the doc/backtrace.txt file in your Asterisk source directory.
Also, be sure you have DONT_OPTIMIZE enabled in menuselect within the
Compiler Flags section, then:
make install
after enabling, reproduce the crash, and then execute the instructions in
doc/backtrace.txt.
When complete, attach that file to this issue report. Thanks!
