Summary: dahdi doesn't get sangoma alarms
Description:
Using a sangoma A104 card. When a span is alarmed, wanrouter says so and
dahdi_tool says no alarms present.

HC0008:~# wanrouter status
wanpipe3 | AFT TE1 | N/A | Disconnected |

dahdi_tool:
wanpipe3 card 2
Current Alarms: No alarms.

HC0008:~# wanpipemon -i w3g1 -c Ta
***** w3g1: E1 Alarms (Framer) *****
ALOS: OFF | LOS: OFF
RED: ON | AIS: ON
LOF: ON | RAI: ON

(In this case I'm forcing the span down from the other side, but same
thing happens when I just disconnect the cable)

Sorry, dahdi doesn't actually support that hardware. The drivers only work
with 3rd party patches, so you'll need to report this issue to the source
of the 3rd party patches.
