Summary: Create Outgoing Rule
Description:
When you create a rule through Outgoing Calling Rules, there are
superfluous symbols {$, )}.
Example: exten =
_8.,1,Macro(trunkdial-failover-0.3,{trunk_1}/${,${EXTEN:0})},,trunk_1,)

This problem is caused by the "using this filter" option.
I'm not sure what is this option for, but with this patch
(callingrules.diff) you can fix the syntax problem in the dialplan.
