Summary:                    [patch] Improve usability of logging information for
misconfigured contexts
Description: 
In chan_sip, calls can fail because an extension isn't found, but you're
not told what context the extension is being searched for.

If you're debugging SLA (which autogenerates context) then you don't have
much to go by.

This is a trivial 1-line patch.
