Description: 
Hi all,

I'm sending you patch containing new application app_faxgateway.c
("FaxGateway") which is able to mediate T30 to T38 and vice versa.
Feature is using spands library (I used spandsp-0.0.4pre18 and
spandsp-0.0.5pre4).

hello klaus,
i attached a tcpdump file.
i used the "-s 65535" option so it should load into wireshark without any
problem.

by the i sent the FAX to another asterisk receiving it through TDM i got
this on the other side :

    -- Channel 0/28, span 1 got hangup request, cause 16 
[May  6 10:58:25] WARNING[26342]: app_fax.c:178 phase_e_handler: Error
transmitting fax. result=49: The call dropped prematurely.
[May  6 10:58:25] WARNING[26342]: app_fax.c:764 transmit: Transmission
error
