Summary:                    Not recording the duration of transfers.
Description: 
CDR is not recording the proper duration of calls. 

A calls B (PSTN). A Attended transfer to C.

CDR will not record the duration of the call of B with C. 

So if the duration:

A calls B = 15
A transferes to C = ???? 

It is not possible to bill theses calls

What is happening with this bug? We lost approximately 10,000 USD last
week-end with this exploit :( 

Ready to pay a few hundred bucks to get a fix to the 1.4 branch

Exploit: Call Expensive destination, Blind Xfer to Cheap Destinaton

On top of the timer stopping on first leg, the second leg has the time of
the first leg added to its duration.
