Hi All,

I experienced a segmentation fault in asterisk today, this is the 2nd seg
fault in the last week caused by libpri.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The other ticket isn't related to my crash I don't believe.  My issue, (and
yours) are with the txqueue getting corrupted.

One issue is obvious though, indications shouldn't be being sent on a
channel that's already up... so my patch definitely addresses that issue.
